| Abstract: | From the roots of Aconitum ferox four alkaloids have been isolated. Pseudaconitine is the major constituent and the other three minor alkaloids are identified as bikhaconitine, veratroyl pseudaconine and diacetyl pseudaconitine. Veratroyl pseudaconine and diacetyl pseudaconitine have not been previously found in nature. |
