扬子鳄消化系统组织学和细胞学研究概况

摘    要:综述了扬子鳄消化系统的组织结构、超微结构、内分泌细胞种类与密度分布等,得出3个方面的结论:①从消化系统组织和细胞的演化程度看,扬子鳄尚属较原始的类群;⑦扬子鳄消化系统组织结构、细胞的超微结构和内分泌细胞的种类与分布有较大的特异性;②扬子鳄消化系统组织和细胞的结构与功能间其取食习性是适应的。还对今后的研究工作提出了建议。

Abstract:The histological structure,ultrastructure and the kinds and distribution of endocrine cells in the digestive system of Alligator sinensis were reviewed in this paper Three conclusions can be drawn from the research:First,considering the evolution level of the tissue and cells of the digestive system,Chinese alligator belongs to the original groups;Second, the ultrastructure of the cells and the kinds and distribution of the endocrine cells are specific in many aspects; Third,the structure and function of the cells of the digestive system are adaptive to the feeding habits Bits of advice on the future research are also given
