| 摘 要： | 利用斯氏蛙心灌流方法,以心率和心搏幅度为评价指标,研究了5%、10%、20%、25%、30%、40%6个浓度梯度的绿茶浸出液对蟾蜍离体心脏活动的影响。结果表明,25%～30%的绿茶浸出液对蟾蜍的心率和心肌收缩力都有显著增强作用(P<0.05),低于25%和为40%时,虽有影响,但不显著(P>0.05)。因此25%～30%的绿茶浸出液具有一定的强心效应。

| Abstract: | Using heart rate and heart throbbing amplitude as evaluation indices,to observe the effect of different concentration gradient(5%,25%,20%,25%,30%,40%) of green tea leaching solution on the functional activity of isolated heart of toad by the method of Sri Lanka’s frog heart perfusion.The results showed that,25%～30% of green tea leaching solution have a significance enhanced influence on the toad’s heart rate and the contraction force of cardiac muscle.While under 25% and on the 40% of green tea leaching solution had a weakened influence on the contraction force of cardiac muscle.Therefore,we come to a conclusion that 25%～30% of green tea leaching solution have an enhanced effect on the isolated heart of toad. |
