猪防御素PD基因表达载体的构建

目的：构建猪防御素PD基因表达载体。方法：化学合成经过适当改造的带有双酶切位点的PD基因，将该基因定向插入带有相同酶切位点的融合表达质粒PinPoin^TMXa-3的多克隆位点构建表达质粒。结果：构建的表达载体经双酶切电泳分析及插入基因片段序列分析，表明PD基因表达载体构建成功。结论：PD基因表达载体的构建，为进一步获得PD基因的表达产物，研究其抗菌活性、抗菌机理打下基础。

CONSTRUCTION OF PORCINE DEFENSIN PD GENE EXPRESSION VECTOR

Objective To construct the porcine defensin PD gene expression vector. Method The PD gene transformed was synthesized chemically and inserted into fusion expression vector PinPoint TM Xa-3. Result The result showed that the porcine PD gene expression vector was established successfully with restriction enzyme analysis and DNA sequencing.Conclusion The porcine PD gene expression vector was successfully constructed,which lays down the foundation in research of antimicrobial activities,antimicrobial mechanism of the native antimicrobial peptide.
