| 摘 要： | 目的研究硬蜱产卵分布的规律,积累硬蜱生物学基础资料.方法 从西藏易贡采集长角血蜱,在自然室温玻璃管常规饲养,逐日记录产卵量,得到观察数据实际分布情况,利用SPSS13.0统计软件对样本数据进行分析,并拟合其分布函数.结果 长角血蜱产卵分布服从指数分布. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pattern of oviposition of the Ixodida and collect data for its biology. Methods At Yigong,Tibet,samples of Haemaphysalis longicornis were collected and bred in glass tubes at room temperature. The daily egg yield was recorded and the data was analyzed in SPSS 13.0. Results The egg yield of Haemaphysalis longicornis showed an exponential distribution. |
