| 摘 要： | 对采自中国广东省珠江流域(114°E,23°N)的一种淡水水螅进行连续两年的培养与观察,并扩增了其线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(COⅠ)的基因序列.通过形态学分析及CO Ⅰ基因序列的鉴定确定其为普通水螅Hydra vulgaris Pallas,1766,为中国一新纪录种.

| Abstract: | In this study,a species of hydra,which was collected from Dongjiang River(114°E,23°N),a branch of the Pearl River in Guangdong province,was cultured and observed for two years.Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit Ⅰ(COⅠ) gene of the hydra was amplified and sequenced.Morphological characters in combination with the COⅠ sequence verified that the present described hydra is the species Hydra vulgaris Pallas 1766,a new record species in China. |
