| 摘 要： | 本实验采用剂量递增法,吗啡的给药剂量从10 mg/kg递增至80 mg/kg,用药5天停药,并经腹腔注射纳洛酮2 mg/kg催促后,实验观察大鼠主要行为学和植物神经症状表现.结果表明戒断症状明显,成功建立了大鼠吗啡依赖催促戒断模型.

| Abstract: | To establish model of morphine dependence with simple and economic way. Rats were given morphine according a gradually increasing dc,se scheme, in which the morphine dose from 10 mg/kg to 80 mg/kg during 5 days. Withdrawal syndrome was precipitated by naloxone after the last morphine administration. Withdrawal signs of rats were evaluated by morphine dependence appearance of behavior and involved plant nerve. The result suggested that this study successfully established the models of morphine dependence with rat. |
