四川绵阳地区野生猕猴肠道寄生虫感染的调查研究

对四川绵阳地区野生猕猴抽样100只，分别采用饱和食盐水漂浮法和沉淀集印法检查粪便中寄生虫卵，监测肠道寄生虫的感染率和感染强度。结果显示，感染当地野生猕猴的肠道寄生虫主要有8种，总感染率为78．0％，分别为：吸虫50．0％，毛尾线虫48．0％，蛲虫41．0％，钩虫32．0％，蛔虫26．0％，泡状带绦虫16．0％，球虫4．0％，后圆线虫4．0％，感染强度为毛尾线虫“＋＋＋＋”，蛲虫“＋＋＋＋”，吸虫“＋＋＋”，钩虫“＋＋＋”，蛔虫“＋＋”，泡状带绦虫“＋”，球虫“＋”，后圆线虫“＋”。表明该地区野生猕猴寄生虫感染较普遍，感染强度较大。

Intestinal Parasites Infection of Wild Macaca mulatta in Mianyang,Sichuan Province

100 wild Macaca mulattas samples were collected from Mianyang area to monitor the infection rate and the infection intensity of intestinal parasites by saturate saline flotation and eggs precipitate collection method respectively. The results showed that there were eight kinds of principal intestinal parasites and the aggregate infection rate was 78%. The infection rate of trematode, whipworm, pinworm, ancylostome, ascaris, taenia hydatigena, coccidian, strongylid was 50.0%, 48.0%, 41.0%, 32.0%, 26.0%, 16.0%, 4.0%, 4.0%, respectively. Infection intensity of whipworm and pinworm were"+ + + +", trematode and ancylostome were"+ + +", ascaris was"+ +", tapeworm, coccidian and nematode were "+". The results indicated that intestinal parasitism of wild Macaca mulatta in this area was widespread and the infection intensity was comparatively high.
