甘肃白水江国家级自然保护区两栖爬行动物资源调查及保护对策

2006年7～8月对甘肃白水江两栖爬行动物资源进行了野外调查。本次调查共采得两栖爬行动物标本49种，隶属于13科4目。结合文献资料，该保护区现已知有两栖爬行动物65种，其中两栖动物28种，隶属于8科2目；爬行动物37种，隶属于11科3目。其区系组成东洋界种类明显占优势，占总物种数的79．63％，古北界成分占14．28％。特有种所占比例较高。根据资源特点，提出了保护区两栖爬行动物可持续保护的对策。

Investigation and Conservation Measures on Amphybians and Reptiles in Gansu Baishuijiang Nature Reserve

From July to August 2006, a field investigation on amphibians and reptiles was carried out in Gansu Baishuijiang Nature Reserve. 49 species of amphibians and reptiles were obtained, belonging to 13 families and 4 orders. Combined with past documents,there are 65 species of amphibians and reptiles in the reserve , in which 28 are amphibians belonging to 8 families and 2 orders ; and 37 are reptiles belonging to 11 families and 3 orders. Among them, 10 are newly recorded in Gansu. The Oriental species dominate apparently in population, making up 79.63 % in number, the Palaearctic 14.28% , and the proportion of the endemic species is higher. The conservation contermeasures are put forward. Based on the features of resources, the contermeasures of long-lasting development for the amphibians and reptiles are put forward .
