| 摘 要： | 通过染色体研究方法，首次报道了海南鳽的核型，其二倍体染色体数日为58，属异型性核型，雌性为58，ZW，雄性为58，ZZ。核型对比分析表明，海南鳽是一种较为特化的鸟类。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the karyotype of Gorsachius magnificus,a extremely endangered bird species, is reported first time through the chromosomal study. The chromosomal number of diploid of Gorsachius magnificus is 58. The karyotype is 58, ZW in female, and 58, ZZ in male. The contrast analysis on karyotypes shows that Gorsachius magnificus is a more specialized species. |
