| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药复方连黄对小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+的影响.方法 T淋巴细胞亚群测定采用单克降抗体直接免疫荧光技术,通过流式细胞仪测定.结果经统计学分析,与对照组比较,中药复方连黄能不同程度地使CD4+、CD4+/CD8+升高,而使CD8+下降.结果表明,中药复方连黄对细胞免疫功能具有调节作用.
