肝细胞生长因子mRNA在成年小鼠和人胎儿不同器官中的表达

EXPRESSION OF HEPATOCYTE GROWTH FACTOR mRNA IN DIFFERENT ORGANS OF ADULT MICE AND HUMAN FETUS

The HGF mRNA expression was examined in some organs of adult mice and human fetus atthe gestation age of 4-5 months.The dot blot analysis showed the presence of HGF mRNA infollowing organs of adult mice(in order of decreasing expression level):lung,liver,kidney,ovary,testis, brain and stomach, but absence in spleen,heart,bone marrow,intestine and skeletalmuscle. The HGF mRNA was also expressed in many organs of fetus(from high level to low):brain,liver,parotid gland, stomach, intestine,kidney, heart and skeletal muscle,but not in lungand spleen, It is obvious that the distribution of HGF mRNA expression in adult mice and inhuman fetus is quite different, In view of the identity of HGF distributon in adult human andmice,the different distribution of HGF between adult mice and human fetus indicate that expres-sion of HGF mRNA might be related to fetal development.
