骨髓基质细胞的辐射效应及其临床意义

摘    要:小鼠骨髓基质细胞团在γ线照射后的Do值为2.40Gy,但其成灶能力损伤后持续时间较久。正常骨髓基质细胞能促进骨髓GM-CFU-C的生长;照射10-80Gy后的骨髓基质细胞失去这种促进作用。文中讨论了骨髓基质细胞的辐射效应及其临床意义,提出了谨慎选择放射治疗剂量的必要性。

Abstract:The radiosensitivity of bone marrow stromal cells in mice was detected. The Do value of CFU-F was 2.40 Gy of y-rays. The radiation-induced damages to the colony forming ability of marrow stromal cells could last for a rather long period.The instact marrow stromal cells were capable of enhancing the colony formation of GM-CFU-C in semisolid culture system, but irradiated marrow stromal cells lost the supporting function.The radiosensitivity of murine bone marrow stromal cells was lower than that of CFU-S and GM-CPU-C, but the radiation-induced damages of stromal cells might serve as a harmful factor for the development of hemopoietic failure caused by various doses of irradiation. In this case, when radiotherapy is required clinically, great attention must be paid to the severe injures both of hemopoietic cells and hemopoietic stroma, and the irradiation dose should be cautiously selected.
