摘    要:本实验观察了人参茎叶皂甙(GSLS)对雄性大鼠血浆催乳素水平、垂体催乳素细胞超微结构和下丘脑中枢神经递质的影响。结果表明:5~100mg/kg的GSLS可刺激催乳素的释放,剂量加大反而无效;GSLS还可拮抗急性饥饿所致的大鼠垂体催乳素细胞超微结构的损伤;GSLS能分别使大鼠下丘脑中多巴胺和5-羟色胺含量增高和降低。结果表明,GSLS有刺激垂体催乳素分泌的作用,其机制可能与其直接作用于垂体细胞和/或经下丘脑中多巴胺和5-羟色胺含量的变化有关。

Abstract:The effects of ginseng stem-leaf saponin (GSLS) on the rat pituitary PRL secretion, ultrastructure of PRL cells and hypothalamic neutotransmitters were studied. GSLS stimulated PRL secretion at doses ranged from 5mg/kg to 100mg/kg, while at higher dose (150mg/kg) GSLS did not show the PRL-stimulating effect. GSLS could also alleviate the ultrastructural changes of PRL cells caused by acute starvation and induce changes of hypothalamic neurotransmitters, indicating that the effect of GSLS on PRL secretion may be related to its direct action on pituitary and/or changes of DA and 5-HT contents in hypothalamus.
