摘    要:本文通过观察有空中晕厥史及健康飞行人员对坐位下体负压的耐力及其心血管系统反应特点,证实了-50mmHg的下体负压强度已能够检测出空中晕厥组与健康组飞行人员耐力上的明显差异。在-50mmHg负压强度作用下,被检人员心血管系统功能状态发生了明显的变化;特别是暴露的2~4分钟,心率、血压、SV、EF、HI的变化,组间有明显差别。此外,STI和ECG各参数亦有明显变化,但组间差异尚不显著。

Abstract:This study was carried out in military flyers. They were divided into two groups, the group of healthy flyers and the group of flyers with air syncope history. Subjects were exposed to negative pressure condition of -50 mmHg LBNP for 14 minutes.The results showed that the intensity of -50 mmHg LBNP may well differentiate the flyer's tolerance of one group from the other. Cardiovascular function of the subjects revealed important changes under the influence of -50 mmHg, especially after 2-4 min exposure. Parameters, such as HR, BP, SV, EF, HI showed significant differences between the two groups. Parameters of STI and ECG in both groups changed also apparently, but had no difference between these two groups.
