摘    要:本文研究了柴胡多糖对γ线全身照射小鼠骨髓血管机能及GM-CFU-C增殖的影响。结果表明,照前1小时腹腔注射柴胡多糖能减轻照后骨體血管通透性增高的程度,并可加速照射小鼠移植骨髓后股骨内GM-CFU-C的增殖。

Abstract:The effect of Bupleurura Chinenase polysaccharide pn the vascular functional condition and hemopoiesis in murine bone marrow was investigated. The polysaccharide was injected intraperitoneally 1 hour before irradiation. The results showed that Bupleurum Chinenase polysaccharide could suppress the increase of permeability of bone marrow vessels resulted from irradiation and could promote the proliferation of GM-CFU-C in irradiated mice after bone marrow transplantation.
