摘    要:本文通过侧脑室注射神经生长因子(NGF),研究其改善老年大鼠Morris水迷宫学习记忆损伤行为的作用。为分析信息获取能力,测量了5天训练的总潜伏期和训练末3天的后潜伏期。实验分为记忆损伤组、记忆非损伤组、NGF组、人工脑脊液对照组,其后潜伏期分别为:45.3s,10.2s,21.7s和48.7s。NGF组与其它三组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。从反映信息贮存能力的指标空间搜索实验来看,NGF组比对照组表现出更好的定位性和趋向性,游泳轨迹以原平台象限占优势。平台象限的游泳距离百分比和跨平台次数百分比分别是对照组的2.1倍和2.4倍。然而各项指标均未达到记忆非损伤组的水平。表明NGF能使记忆损伤组的信息获取和贮存能力部分恢复

Abstract:Present work is to investigate the improvement effects of nerve growth factor (NGF), injected inventricularly into lateral ventricle, on learning and memory behaviors of aged rats memory impairment in the Morris water maze task. The meanescape latencies of rats were measured within 5 days(total latency) and within last 3days (late latency) with regard to the ability of information acquirment. The late latencies of memory impaired, memory non impaired, NGF and ACSF groups were 45.3 s, 10.2 s, 21.7 s and 48.7 s, respectively ( P <0.05, NGF vs other groups). Spatial probe exeperiment were carried out with the purpose of testing the ability of information storing. The NGF group showed a more stereotyped, thigmotaxic behaviour, swimming predominantly around the previous site of platform. The mean percentages of total numbers of crossings at the previous platform and the total swim patch located within the platform quadrant of pool in NGF group were 2.1 and 2.4 times more than in control group. Nevertheless, the recovery observed in this studies is only partial. It is suggested that NGF can partially improve performance of aged memory impaired rats in spatial learning.
