摘    要:本文研究了不同物质对白鬼笔菌丝生长的影响。采用平板培养法,以白鬼笔菌株Phallus impudicus-1为供试菌株,分析了5种物质对白鬼笔菌丝生长的影响。供试碳源中,当以红糖为碳源时,白鬼笔菌丝生长速率最快,为1.445mm/d,蔗糖和葡萄糖次之;供试氮源中,当以酵母膏为氮源时,白鬼笔菌丝浓密,菌丝生长速率最快,为1.413mm/d,牛肉蛋白胨、胰蛋白胨次之;供试无机盐中,磷酸二氢钾、氯化钾、氯化钙对白鬼笔菌丝生长有一定促进作用,而硫酸镁、氯化钠的添加不利于菌丝生长。当氯化钾质量浓度为0.5g/L时,白鬼笔菌丝生长速率最大,为1.034mm/d;供试维生素中,VB1、VB2、VB6、Vc对菌丝生长均具有促进作用,其中当VB6质量浓度为2mg/L时,白鬼笔菌丝生长速率最大,为1.673mm/d。供试植物生长调节剂中,6-BA对菌丝生长促进作用最强,其次为NAA。适宜的培养基配方是促进白鬼笔菌丝生长发育的关键因素。

Influences of different substances on the mycelial growth of Phallus impudicus

Abstract:The effects of different substances on the mycelial growth of Phallus impudicus were studied.P.impudicus-1 plate culture was used as tested materials,and the effects of five substances on the mycelial growth of P.impudicus-1 were analyzed.Brown sugar was the best carbon source,accelerating the mycelial growth rate to reach a maximum of 1.445 mm/d,being superior to sucrose and glucose.Yeast extract was the best nitrogen source,stimulating the densification of mycelium and the mycelial growth rate could reached 1.413 mm/d,being superior to beef peptone and trypton.Monopotassium phosphate,potassium chloride and calcium chloride could promote the mycelial growth of P.impudicus,while magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride was disadvantageous to the mycelium growth.When the concentration of potassium chloride was 0.5 g/L,the mycelium growth rate reached the highest(1.034 mm/d).VCB1,VCB2,VCB6 and VCC could promote the mycelium growth.Under VCB6 concentration of 2 mg/L,the mycelial growth reached the highest rate of 1.673 mm/d.Among the phytohormones tested,6-BA had the strongest effect on mycelial growth,and NAA was the next best.The suitable medium formulation was the key factor to promote the growth and development of P.impudicus.
