| Abstract: | MAPPP is a bioinformatics tool for the prediction of potential antigenic epitopes presented on the cell surface by major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC I) molecules to CD8 positive T lymphocytes. It combines existing predictions for proteasomal cleavage with peptide anchoring to MHC I molecules. |
