摘    要:以大豆品种‘合丰25’为母本,半野生大豆‘新民6号’为父本杂交得到的F2-9代122个重组自交系为试验材料,构建了含有124个SSR标记、1个EST标记、3个形态学标记的大豆遗传图谱。此图谱覆盖的基因组长度为2348.3cM.标记间平均距离为18.3cM。每个连锁群长度范围为15.1~195.9cM之间,标记数范围2—10个。本文将控制茸毛色(Pb)基因定位于LG06-C2连锁群上,与Sat_40x2的遗传距离为39.6cM;控制叶耳g(Le)、花色(4W,)基因定位于LG12-F连锁群上,它们之间的遗传距离为9.9cM,与两边的Satt348、Sat_240标记遗传距离分别为13.3cM和10.5cM。

A Genetic Map of Soybean Using a Recombinant Inbred Line Population (ZKS- HX) and Mapping of Morphological Markers

Abstract:A Fz:9 RIL (recombinant inbred line) population with 122 lines was derived from a cross of 'Hefeng 25' as a female parent and 'Xinmin 6' as a male parent. A new soybean molecular genetic map was constructed by using Mapmaker. The new soybean genetic map covered 2 348.3 cM, and the average distance among markers was 18.3 cM. The length of linkage group varied from 15.1 cM to 195.9 cM, and the markers on each linkage group varied from 2 to 10. 124 SSRs, 1 EST and 3 morphology markers were located in this map. A pubescence color (Pb) gene was located on LG06-C2 linkage group, 39.6 cM far from the marker of Sat_402. The auricle color gene (Le) and flower color gene (W) were located on LG12-F linkage group, the distance between Le and W was 9.9 cM, the distances between the two genes and the markers of Satt348 and Sat_240 were 13.3 cM and 10.5 cM, respectively.
