摘    要:检测了短时间亚高温胁迫下盆栽40片叶龄的蓖麻叶中几个与抗逆性有关生理指标变化的结果表明,温度低于38℃时,蓖麻的叶绿素含量缓慢下降,高于38℃时,呈快速下降趋势;随着温度的升高,游离脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对膜透性呈上升趋势,46℃下达到最大值;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性在低于43℃时与温度变化呈正相关,超过43℃则迅速下降。

Abstract:Effects of sub-high temperature in short time on physiological indexes related to resistance of castor- oil plant at 4- to 5-leaf stage were measured in this study. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll decreased slowly blow 38 ℃ and it decreased rapidly above 38 ℃. Free proline content, malonaldehyde (MDA) content and relative membrane permeability were all increasing with the temperature elevated and those indexes reached maximum value under 46 ℃. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) had positive correlation with temperature changing below 43 ℃, and those indexes decreased markedly above 43 ℃.
