摘    要:研究了钾离子对长柄扁桃不定芽诱导的影响,结果表明,在MS基本培养基中添加800~1200mg·L-1钾离子有利于长柄扁桃不定芽的形成和生长,不定芽的诱导率和数量分别比对照提高了17%和84%,不定芽的平均高度提高了64%;高浓度钾离子(〉1600mg·L。)可导致长柄扁桃不定芽严重褐化。生理指标测定结果表明,适当浓度的钾离子提高了抗氧化酶(SODPOD)的活性和不定芽的组织细胞活力;高剂量的钾离子(〉1600mg·L-1)显著增加了不定芽中MDA的含量。

Abstract:The effects of potassium ion on adventitious bud induction ofAmygdalus pedunculata were studied. The results showed that the optimal concentration range of potassium ions is 800-1 200 mg.L-l. The adventitious bud induction frequency and the bud number per explants increased by 17% and 84%, respectively, compared to those cultured in MS basic medium without additional potassium nutrition. And the height of the adventitious bud increased by 64%. However, the high concentrations of potassium ions (〉1 600 mg.L1) caused adventitious buds serious browning. The physiological indexes suggested that appropriate potassium concentra tions increased antioxidant enzymes (SOD and POD) activities and adventitious bud viability. High dose of po- tassium ions (〉1 600 mg.L-1) significantly increased the malondialdehyde content in adventitious bud.
