摘    要:番茄(品种‘小番茄’)的子叶经一定条件诱导产生愈伤组织,随后在愈伤组织上直接产生花蕾,并可以开花结果。结果显示离体培养中的IBA在其成花诱导中起关键作用。IBA可能是番茄成花基因的启动信号。

Abstract:The calli were induced from the cotyledon of tomato(cv.'Microtom') in culture.The callus could produce directly flower buds which could further flower and fruit.IBA played a critical role in the process.It may be a start signal to active tomato flowering decision genes.
