摘    要:用表皮生物分析方法,研究H2O2、NO和多胺对蚕豆叶片气孔开放和关闭的单独及其综合效应.其结果表明:H2O2和NO明显促进气孔关闭,抑制气孔开放.腐胺(Put)效应相对较弱,与H2O2和NO未表现出明显叠加效应.

Abstract:Effects of several signaling substances such as H2O2 , nitric oxide (NO) and polyamines on stomatalopening and closure in Vicia faba were investigated by studying epidermal strips. The results showed that bothH2O2 and SNP promoted stomatal closure and inhibited stomatal opening obviously, and that the effect ofputrescine (Put) was less than those of H2O2 and NO. The enhancing effects were not found in the treatment ofPut NO and Put H2O2.
