摘    要:焚烧秸秆对玉米幼苗生长具有明显抑制作用,苗高、苗鲜重、苗干重、苗体积、根干重、根体积、须根数、根系活力、胚乳有机物转化率均明显降低.根际微生物中的细菌、放线菌和真菌分别减少36.53%、16.20%和21.17%.

Abstract:The effects of crop straw burning on seedling growth of corn and its rhizosphere microorganismswere studied. The results showed that the agronomic characters of corn seedlings, such as plant height, plantfresh weight, plant dry weight, plant volume, root dry weight, root volume, fibrous root number, activity ofroot and the transformation ratio of organic substance in endosperm, were decreased signally. The biomass ofits rhizosphere microorganisms, such as bacteria, actinomyces and fungi were decreased by 36.53%, 16.20%and 21.17% respectively.
