摘    要:对谷氨酸棒杆菌(Corynebacteriuin glutamicum)HCJ46产L-谷氨酸的补料分批发酵条件进行研究.结果表明:最适初糖质量浓度和最佳残糖维持质量浓度分别为100和(10~20)g/L;对发酵控温方式进行研究,确定了最佳温度控制策略为0~8h维持32℃,8~16h维持34℃、16~32h维持36℃,同时发现相对溶氧控制在30%左右时产酸最高.在以上的优化条件下,L-谷氨酸产量从72g/L提高到95g/L,提高了31.9%.

Abstract:Fed-batch fermentation conditions of Corynebacterium ghttamicum HCJ46 for L-glutamic acid production were studied, It was found that the optimal initial glucose concentration and maintained residual sugar concentration were 100 g/L, and 10 -20 g/L, respectively. The fermentation temperature control mode was further investigated. Results showed that the optimal control strategy was controlled as 0 - 8 h at 32 ℃, 8 - 16 h at 34℃, and 16 - 32 h at 36 ℃. It was also found that the highest glutamic acid productivity was obtained when the dissolved oxygen was controlled at 30%. As a result, under the optimization of fermentation conditions, L-glutamic acid productivity increased from 72 g/L to 95 g/L,improved by 29%.
