摘    要:目前真菌漆酶酶活的测定方法多样,没有统一的标准,致使不同研究之间的漆酶酶活无法进行比较分析,也造成漆酶产品在酶活质量意义上的混乱。因此,对测定真菌漆酶酶活的各种不同的分光光度法进行了综述和比较分析,认为采用ABTS法作为测定漆酶酶活的方法较具合理性和科学性,建议作为漆酶酶活测定的统一方法。

Abstract:Although there are several kinds of methods for determining fungal laccase activity, none of them have been recognized to be acceptable. Laccase activities obtained from different researches were differently defined and were not comparable with others. Spectrophotometric assay methods for fungal laccase activities of different origins are summarized and analyzed.It is concluded that using ABTS as the substrate to determine laccase activity a reasonable and acceptable.A recommendation of a universal and uniform method for determining fungal laccase activities based on ABTS was recommended.
