舒芬太尼复合小剂量咪达唑仑在下肢骨折椎管内麻醉前的应用观察

目的观察舒芬太尼复合小剂量咪达唑仑在下肢骨折椎管内麻醉前的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的下肢骨折患者450例,采取数字随机法分为观察组和对照组。对照组在椎管内麻醉前给予小剂量咪达唑仑,观察组在对照组的基础上于椎管麻醉前加用舒芬太尼,比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组给药后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)水平均低于入室时(P0.05),而且也明显低于对照组(P0.05)。两组血氧饱和度(SpO2)水平在入室时、给药后比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组给药后30、45min的镇静、镇痛效果评分均高于对照组(P0.05),而且观察组给药后45min的镇静、镇痛效果评分低于给药后30min(P0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合小剂量咪达唑仑在下肢骨折椎管内麻醉前的应用效果显著,可达到镇静、止痛作用。

Small amount of sufentanil combined with midazolam in lower limb fracture spinal anesthesia before the application of observation

Objective To observe the effects of sufentanil combined with small amount of midazolam in spinal an‐esthesia application before fracture of lower limb . Methods 450 cases of lower extremity patients in our hospital were selected ,randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,the control group in intraspinal anesthesia before take small dose midazolam ,the observation group in the control group on the basis of ,spinal anes‐thesia before sufentanil ,compared two groups of application effect . Results The levels of SBP ,DBP and HR were lower in the observation group than in the room (P<0.05) .The levels of SBP ,DBP and HR in the observa‐tion group were lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the level of SpO2 between the two groups (P>0 .05) .The sedative and analgesic effects of the observation group were signifi‐cantly higher than those in the control group (P<0 .05) ,30 ,45min after administration .The sedative and analgesic effect of the observation group was lower than that of 30min (P<0 .05) after administration of 45 min . Conclu‐sion Sufentanil combined with small dose of midazolam of midazolam in lower limb fracture intravertebral anesthe‐sia before the application effect is remarkable ,with the help of a sedative .
