普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗小儿心律失常的临床疗效观察

目的分析普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗小儿心律失常的临床疗效。方法将2014年5月~2015年4月我院收治的160例小儿心律失常患儿为研究对象,按照住院顺序分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组患儿给予普罗帕酮治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上加美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果对照组患儿的临床总有效率为85%明显低于观察组的97.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为12.5%明显低于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗小儿心律失常的效果满意,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of propafenon combined with metoprolol on the treatment of arrhythmia in children

Objective To analyze the efficacy of propafenon combined with metoprolol on the treatment of ar‐rhythmia in children . Methods 160 cases of children with arrhythmia in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 ,were randomly divided into a control group and an experiment group with 80 cases each ,the control group was given propafenon treatment ,the experiment group was given metoprolol treatment on the basis of propafenon in the control group ,the efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups . Results The clinical efficacy of the control group (85% ) is significantly lower than that of the experiment group (97 .5% ) ,there difference were significant (P<0 .05);the adverse reactions rate of the experiment groups (12 .5% ) is obviously lower than that of the control group (27 .5% ) ,the difference between the two groups has statistic significance (P<0 .05) . Conclusion Propafenon combined with metoprolol on the treatment of arrhythmia in children ,with better efficacy and higher safety ,it's worthy of clinical application .
