胆结石应用腹腔镜与小切口手术切除胆囊治疗的临床效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜与小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石的临床疗效。方法选取2014~2015年我院收治的胆结石患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组患者采用小切口手术切除胆囊治疗,观察组患者行腹腔镜手术切除胆囊治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率均有明显优势,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96%,对照组为84%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)结论采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者,能明显提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

To Analysis the Clinical Effect of Removing the Gallbladder with Laparoscopic and small incision treatment in Gallstone surgery

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of removingthe gallbladder with laparoscopic and small incision treatment in gallstone surgery . Methods 100cases of patients with gallstone in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an observational group and a control group with 50 cases each .In the ob‐servational group ,the gallbladders were removed with the laparoscopic surgery ,and in the contol group ,the gall‐bladders were removed with the small incision surgery .Then to compare and analysis the clinical effect after 15 days'treatment . Results The total effective rate is 96% for the observational group with the laparoscopic sur‐gery ,84% for the control group with the small incision surgery .The observational group's total effective rate is ap‐parently higher than the control group's .The differences of the clinical effect between the two groups were obvious and had statistical significance (P<0.05) . Conclusion In the clinical treatment of gallstones ,the laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve the treatment effect ,and can be used widely in clinic .
