不同剂量瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚在人工流产术中血流动力学影响

摘    要:目的探讨不同剂量瑞芬太尼注射液联合异丙酚注射液对人工流产术麻醉中血流动力学的影响。方法将100例ASAI~Ⅱ级人工流产患者随机分为两组,每组50例。A组给予异丙酚注射液2mg/(kg·h),瑞芬太尼注射液0.2μg/(kg·min);B组给予异丙酚注射液2nag/(kg·h),瑞芬太尼注射液0.4μg/(kg·min)。观察两组麻醉前、麻醉后3min、5min、10min的SBP、DBP、HR。结果两组的麻醉效果好,对血流动力学影响小,术毕停药后病人清醒早,呼之能睁眼,对答问题良好。结论不同剂量瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚均能达到满意的麻醉效果,对血流动力学无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To study effects of remifentanil injection combined with propofol injection on hemodynamic in anesthesia for induced abortion. Methods 100 cases of aborted patients (ASA I - II )were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases each. Medication in anesthesia: Group A Propofol injection 2 mg/(kg · h), remifentanil injection 0. 2 μg/(kg · min) ;Group B Propofol injection 2 mg/(kg · h), remifentanil injection 0. 4 9g/(kg · min). The values of SBP, DBP and HR were monitored and recorded before anesthesia and at 3 min, 5 min, 10 min after anesthesia. Results Anesthetic effect of two groups are both well and they had little effect on hemodynamics. The patients restored consciousness in a very short period of time, could open eyes when they were called and answered well when they were questioned after stoping anesthesia at postoperation. Conclusion Anesthetic effect of different doses of remifentanil combined with propofol wre all satisfactory, and, they had no significant interference on hemodynamics.
