复方科博肽镇痛作用的实验研究

目的研究复方科博肽的镇痛作用。方法用小白鼠醋酸扭体和热水浴甩尾模型及大白鼠热水浴甩尾模型对复方科博肽的镇痛作用进行评价。结果复方科博肽在给药后1h对三种动物模型均有很好的镇痛作用,强度高于科博肽、盐酸曲马多及酮络芬,作用较曲马多持久;连续用药15天,复方科博肽的镇痛作用没有下降,给予纳络酮,复方组小鼠无异常反应。结论复方科博肽镇痛作用强,起效快,作用持久,连续使用不会产生耐受和依赖;其各组分间具有协同作用。

The Experimental Study on The Analgesic Effect of Cobratide Compound

Objective To study the analgesic effect of Cobratide Compound including Cobratide(CT),Tramdol(TMD) and Ketoprofen(KPF). Methods The analgesic efficacy of Cobratide Compound,TMD,CT and KPF were investigated via the models of writhing response in mice,tail-flicking from hot water in mice and rats. Results The consequence showed that Cobratide Compound had good antinociceptive effect in the three experimental models,with a good dose-effect relationship. It can produce potent analgesic effect in 1h, the efficacy were notably higher and last longer than that of Cobratide,tramadol,Ketoprofen used singely.Cobratide Compound had been administrated continuedly for fifteen days,the inhibitory effect of Cobratide Compound on the contortion induced by acetic acid in mice had no tendency to descend,but that of Morphine had a tendency to descend gradually.Administrated with Naloxone finally,some mice in the Morphine administrated groups jumped and flied at each other,that didn't occur in the Cobratide Compound administrated groups. Conclusion Cobratide Compound has good analgesic effect,with the character of long lasting,no endurance and no addiction, on the experimental animals,and it take its analgesic effect quickly,there are synergic effect among the component of Cobratide Compound.
