脉络宁合用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗中风后遗症101例疗效评价

通过观察脉络宁合用蝮蛇抗栓酶分型治疗中风后遗症１０１的临床疗效，并与单用脉络宁对照组６９例比较。从而初步探讨２药联用对各型病例效应的机理，为优选本病的药疗方案提供参考资料。结果治疗组总有效率及中药病例有效率均显著高于对照组；各型病例治愈率及轻、重型病例有效率、重型患者显效率也都比对照组高；但各型病例好转率及轻、中型病例显效率２组结果无显著差异。

Evaluation of the Effect of the Combined Usage of Mai Luo Ning and Agkistrodon Halys Antithrombotic Enzyme in Treating Sequela of Apoplexy-An Evaluation of 101 Cases

apoplexy with sequela patients were treated with Mai Luo Ning plus agkistrodon halys antithrombotic enzyme.69 similar casestreated with Mai Luo Ning only were used as controls.Results:The total therapeutic effective rate of the combined treatment group and the effective rate of the medium type patients of this group were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.01).The recovery rate of the patients of all degree typos.the effective rate of the mild and severe type patients,and the significant effective rate of the severe type patients were all higher than the control group(p<0.05).But,the difference between the two groups regarding the remission rate of the patients of all degree types,and the significant effective rate of the mild type and medium type patients were not significant(p>0.05).
