口腔综合治疗台水路污染精准消毒管理的效果观察

目的分析口腔综合治疗台水路污染精准消毒管理的效果,旨在提高其微生物的检出合格率。方法对3台西诺德Intego口腔综合治疗台进行微生物检测,其中以2018年1~6月随机采集工作状态下的54份口腔诊疗用水设为对照组,以2018年7~12月采集的54份口腔诊疗用水设为观察组。对照组在医院常规管理模式下采集水样检查,观察组在对照组的基础上实施精准消毒管理后采集水样检测。结果对照组的水样微生物数量最高为25000 cfu/ml,水样合格率为74%;精准消毒管理后的观察组口腔综合治疗台水路管道水样微生物的检出合格率为100%,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路污染精准消毒管理能够明显提高水样微生物检测合格率。

Observation on the effect of precise disinfection management of water pollution in oral comprehensive treatment table

Objective To analyze effect on the sterilization management of dental unit through precision sterilization management for increasing the qualified rate of microorganism testing result.Methods Three Sinorod Intego oral comprehensive treatment stations were selected,and 54 oral treatment water samples randomly collected from January to June 2018 under working condition were set as the control group.54 samples of oral water collected from July to December 2018 were set as the observation group.In the control group,water samples were collected for examination under the routine management mode of the hospital,and in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,water samples were tested for microorganism after precise sterilization management.Results In the control group,the highest bacterial content was 25000 cfu/ml,and the qualified rate of the water sample was 74%.After precision sterilization management,the qualified rate of microorganisms detected in water samples of oral comprehensive treatment table in the observation group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accurate disinfection management of water pollution in oral comprehensive treatment table can significantly improve the qualified rate of microbial detection in water samples.
