医学研究生失眠现状及其相关因素的调查研究

目的了解医学研究生失眠现状及其相关因素,为提高医学研究生生活质量和促进高层次人才的培养提供建议。方法采用一般资料调查表、阿森斯失眠量表及中文版压力知觉量表于2020年4月17日~5月2日通过网络平台对某医科大学在读硕士研究生进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果本研究共收集416份有效问卷,有45.9%的在读医学研究生发生失眠;阿森斯失眠量表平分为(5.6±3.8)分,压力知觉量表平分为(27.3±7.9)分,其中压力正常者占65.4%,压力较大者占30%,压力太大者占4.6%。压力知觉总体处于正常水平,压力知觉和失眠量表得分呈正相关关系(r=0.51,P<0.01)。结论医学研究生的压力知觉及睡眠状况不容乐观,且压力与睡眠之间存在相关关系。提示有关部门应针对这一群体提供心理和社会支持和相应的医疗支持,以促使医学研究生采取积极的态度和行为应对压力,改善睡眠质量。

Investigation on the insomnia situation and its related factors of medical postgraduates

Objective To understand the situation of insomnia and its related factors of medical postgraduate students,and to provide suggestions for improving the medical graduate students’quality of life and promoting the training of high-level talents.Methods The general information questionnaire,Athens insomnia scale and Chinese perceive stress scale were used to investigate the pressure and insomnia situation of medical postgraduate students from April 17,2020 to May 2,2020,and statistical analysis was performed.Results A total of 416 valid questionnaires were collected in this study.The incidence of insomnia in medical graduate students was 45.9%.The results showed that the average score of the Athens Insomnia Scale was(5.6±3.8)scores,and the average score of the Stress Perception Scale was(27.3±7.9)scores.Accounted for 65.4%were under normal pressure,30%were under more pressure,and 4.6%were under too much pressure.The perception of stress is generally at a normal level.There is a positive correlation between pressure perception and insomnia scale score(r=0.51,P<0.01).Conclusion The stress perception and sleep status of medical postgraduates are not optimistic,and there is a correlation between stress and sleep,which suggests that the relevant departments should provide psychological,social and medical support for this group,so as to promote the medical postgraduates to take a positive attitude and behavior to cope with their stress and improve their sleep quality.
