| 摘 要： | 目的观察粘连性肠梗阻再手术治疗的效果。方法对我院收治的35例粘连性肠梗阻再手术治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果粘连性肠梗阻患者再手术治疗的效果满意，住院时间为（9．8±5．7）天，随访6个月～4年，除1例患者出现肠梗阻复发，其余患者无复发。结论手术治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻应及时进行，可降低复发率，达到较好的疗效和预后。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the curative effect of adhesive intestinal obstruction reoperation. Methods 35 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction reoperation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Adhesive intestinal obstruction reoperation showed satisfactory results. The hospitalization time was （9.8±5.7）d. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 4 years. No recurrence was observed except one. Conclusion Timely reoperation are the key to improve the cure rate and reduce recurrence of adhesive intestinal obstruction operation wiith satisfactory results and prognosis. |
