| 摘 要： | 本实验采用凝血酶损伤内皮细胞模型，观察了槲皮素对内皮细胞结构和功能的影响．结果表明，槲皮素0．5，5和50umol／L明显降低凝血酶刺激的内皮细胞对内皮素（ET）的释放，增加内皮细胞培养液中组织纤溶酶原激活物（t—PA）量，并可改善内皮细胞的超微结构。

| Abstract: | We Peformed a study to assess the protective effects of quercetin on endothelial cell (EC) injurypreduced by thrombin. Pretreatment of the EC with quercetin 0. 5,5 and 50umol/L,the amounts ofendothelin (ET) in the conditioned medium of EC atimulated with thrombin were significant1y decreased, and the tissue - plasminogen activator (t - PA) content was increand. Furthermore,quercetin remarkably improved the ultrastructural deviation of tbe cells injuried by thrombin. |
