白花蛇舌草种子发芽及化感部位的研究

摘    要:目的:研究白花蛇舌草种子发芽的最佳条件及化感部位。方法:采用正交实验寻找种子发芽的最佳条件,用生物工程技术研究不同部位对种子萌发的影响。结果:白花蛇舌草种子在25℃,24 h、20%的光照强度,采用机械破碎贮藏12个月发芽率最高,并且光照强度的变化对种子发芽的差异具有显著性;白花蛇舌草提取液中醇提组、水提组、乙酸乙酯组均存在化感作用。结论:寻找到白花蛇舌草种子发芽的最佳条件,白花蛇舌草化感作用可能是多组分共同作用的结果。

Abstract:Objective :To study Hedyotis diffusa seed germination’s best conditions and its parts of allelopathy.Method:Orthogonal experiment to find the best conditions for seed germination,the use of biological engineering and technology research in different parts of the impact on seed germination.Result :Diffusa seeds in the 25 ℃,24 h,20% of the light intensity,mechanical breaking 12 months of storage the germination rate was the highest and changes in light intensity on germination were significant differences;diffusa extract ethanol group,water extraction group,ethyl group exist in allelopathy.Conclusion :The best conditions for germination of diffusa were fomd,and its allelopathy may be the result of component interaction.
