摘    要:本文综述了芦笋中含有的多种化学成分,及近年来国内外对芦笋的抗肿瘤、降血脂、免疫作用、抗衰老、抗疲劳等药理作用的研究进展,并简要阐述了芦笋的综合利用情况.

Abstract:Some chemical components in Asparagus officinalis are summarized,as well as the development of their medical effects of late years,such as the function of anti-tumour,reduce blood fat,immunization,fight against senium,anti-fatigue and so on at home and abroad in this paper. Comprehensive utilization of Asparagus officinalis is reviewed.
