摘    要:百合富含多种营养和生物活性成分,具有抗癌,止咳祛痰平喘,镇静催眠,降血糖,以及抗疲劳提高免疫力的功能特性。综述了百合的保健功能及营养成分。

Abstract:Lily contains a lot of nutrition and biological active components.It has many functions such as cancer resisting,cough relieving,sputum elimination,anti-asthma,regulating blood sugar level,sedative,hypnotic,anti-fatigue and improving immunity as well.The nutritional ingredients and healthcare functions of lily were summarized in this paper.
