| Abstract: | Cactus （Opuntia Milpa aha） is a kind of new health vegetable with high nutritional value, high application value and development potential. The thesis introduced the present situation of cactus （ Opuntia Milpa alta） such as planting techniques, composition, health value and its application and development progress, etc. Then its industrial development problems and countermeasures were discussed. |
