摘    要:目的:建立反相高效液相色潽法测定泽兰中桦木酸的含量.方法:采用AlltimaTM-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液=85:15进行等度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为202 nm,柱温为35℃.结果:桦木酸的线性范围为3.968~99.200 μg(r=0.997 3),平均回收率为100.87%.结论:该方法结果准确、简便可行、重复性好,可为泽兰的质量控制提供依据.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determination of betulinic acid by HPLC. Methods: A- nalysis was carried out on a AlltimaTM -C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) eluted with water solution con- taining 0.2% phosphoric acid-methanol as the mobile phase in isocratic elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL mm . The UV detection wavelength was 202 nm, the temperature of column was 35 ℃. Results: The linear response range was within 3. 968 - 99. 200 μg ( r = 0. 997 3, n = 5 ). The recovery of it was 100.87%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurante, particularly suitable for the quality control of Lycopi Herba.
