| 摘 要： | 本实验以95％的乙醇为溶剂，采用超声波提取法对车前草进行了提取，并用双波长薄层扫描法测定其含量。结果表明，车前草中熊果酸的平均含量为0．302％。该方法简便、准确、经济、安全、数据可靠。 |

| Abstract: | In the paper, ulracsonic extraction method was used to extract ursolic acid from Plantago asiatica with 95% alcohol.And the content of ursolic acid in Plantago asiatica was determined with double thin layer scanning method.The result indicated that the recovery content was 0.302%. The method was simple, accurate, economical, secure and the data was reliable. |
