城口产“平术”的品种鉴别

摘    要:目的:城口产"平术"具有悠久的历史,一直以来作为白术的一个品种在当地收购流通使用,但从其植物形态和长期临床应用发现其更接近苍术,故对其品种进行鉴别,以便更加合理指导用药。方法:通过产地追踪调查、标本对照、显微观察、薄层色谱等方法对其品种进行鉴别。结果:平术在原植物植物形态和显微特征与白术差异较大,且与苍术接近,同时含苍术素。结论:城口产"平术"为苍术Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.

Abstract:Objective : Since its earlist recording in history, Pingzhu grown in Chengkou has long been purchased, circulated and used as a variety of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae at the local place, but it is much more like Rhizoma Atractylodes lancea from the aspects of its shape and clinic application. Therefore, Pingzhu's variety needs identifying afresh for its better application in clinic. Methods: Pingzhu is identified by means of tracking the place of origin, microscope, and comparing the Chromatography of slices. comparing the samples, observing under the Results: The characteristics of pingzhu's plant and the characteristics from the microscope observation are greatly different from those of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Koidz. , on the contrary, much close to those of Atractylodes lancea ( Thunb. ) DC. Furthermore, Pingzhu contains Atractylodes. Conclusion: Pingzhu grown in Chengkou is Atractylodes lancea ( Thunb. ) DC.
