南苜蓿、天蓝苜蓿、紫花苜蓿根茎叶中皂苷含量的测定和比较

摘    要:采用比色法测定南苜蓿、天蓝苜蓿、紫花苜蓿根茎叶中的皂苷含量。以齐墩果酸为标准品,利用香草醛-冰醋酸体系,在545nm处检测,浓度在50μg/mL~150μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=0.0073X-0.2178,相关系数R=0.9994。本法简便、快速、准确、可靠。实验结果表明,南苜蓿、天蓝苜蓿、紫花苜蓿三者中,根中皂苷含量大于茎中和叶中皂苷含量,紫花苜蓿根中皂苷含量略高于其他两种苜蓿;叶中皂苷含量与茎中皂苷含量无明显差异。

Abstract:The colorimetric method was used for quantification of total sapoins in Medicago polymorpha L. , Medicago lupulina L. , Medicago sativa L. , oleanolic acid was used as standard compound and vanilfin - acetic acid was used as reagent of colorable reaction. The detection wavelength was chosen at 545 nm. Linear range of concentration is between 50 - 150μg/mL and its regression equation shows to be Y =0.0073X-0. 2178 ,R = 0.999 4. The method is simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate. Experimental results show that Medicago polymorpha L. , Medicago lupulina L. and Medicago sativa L. , Root saponins content greater than stems and leaves of saponins content, Medicago sativa L. roots saponins content was slightly higher than the other two;Leaves and stems saponins content no significant difference.
