单叶蔓荆人工扩繁技术及生理特性的研究

单叶蔓荆是我国重要药用植物之一，也是沿海沙质海岸的主要藤本灌木树种。通过对沙质海岸单叶蔓荆群落扦插、断蔓等人工扩繁苗木的研究，探讨了单叶蔓荆群落扦插、断蔓苗的生长规律；并对盆栽单叶蔓荆群落扦插苗的光合、呼吸、蒸腾速率与土壤含水量的变化情况进行了研究，用Logistic方程拟合相关系数在0．98以上，而且显著相关，表明用Logistic方程可以很好地描述单叶蔓荆群落扦插苗的光合、呼吸、蒸腾速率与土壤含水量的变化的关系。

Study on Artificial Regeneration Technique and Physiological Properties of Vitex trifolia Linn var simplicifolia Cham

Vitex trifolia Linn.var simplicifolia Cham is an important medical herb,living in coastal sandy seashore as a main creeping shrub.The growth regular of stem-cutting and creeping branch-cutting seedlings of Vitex trifolia Linn.var.simplicifolia Cham in community was studied and physiological properties such as photosynthesis rate,respiration rate,rtanspiration rate corresponding to soil water content under drought stress if pot seedlings,the results showed that the logistic equation was well to draft the felationship,and coefficient was above 0.98.
