摘    要:用He-Ne激光辐照雷公藤愈伤组织诱导突变,经初筛、复筛及突变株稳定性研究,筛选出一株次生物质高产细胞系T92,其次生物质产量较对照提高45.2%,且遗传性状稳定。

Abstract:In this paper, the recover tissue of Tripterygium Wilfordi were radiated by He-Ne laser. A variety cells (N OT 92 ) of secondary matter were bred by the first and the second screen and study on stability of mutant strains. The yield of secondary matter of T 92 were raised 45.2% then costrast. The shape and properties of heredity of T 92 were steady.
