He—Ne激光对天蚕的生理生化效应研究

摘    要:采用不同剂量的He-Ne激光辐照天蚕卵,当代与对照相比较,孵化率提高、幼虫龄期经过缩短,产生畸变、早熟等个体;对肾血液蛋白质、酯酶同工酶进行PAGE分析,其谱带数和活性也产生了变化,证明He-Ne激光对天蚕不但具有诱变效应,且能获得有价值变异体。

Abstract:The eggs of Antheraea yamamai were irradiated by using different dosages of He-Ne laser.Compared with control plot,their hatchabilities were increased and their larval duration was influenced.Individual suchas abnormal and premature mutants was also obtained.The blood protein and esterase isoenzyme of their pupa were analyzed with PAGE,found some changes in band number and activity.All those proved that He-Ne laser has some inductive effects on Antheraea yamamai,from which individual of variation that has choice characters can be obtained.
