摘    要:肿瘤靶向治疗的研究是当今生物医学界的研究热点.本研究采用整合素αvβ3单克隆抗体作为肿瘤靶向分子,以单壁碳纳米管(SWNT)作为运输载体,同时利用单壁碳纳米管在近红外区的光吸收特性,开展靶向肿瘤光热治疗.实验结果表明,这种整合素αvβ3单抗标记的碳纳米管探针对高表达αvβ3的U87MG细胞具有高靶向选择性和靶向光杀伤性...

Abstract:The pursuit of efficient and highly target-selective transporters is an active topic in cancer targeting therapy.
