光镊与介电泳微操纵技术

摘    要:光镊和介电泳技术都是非侵入式微操纵技术,发展迅速,应用广泛。而不同的研究目的需要选择合适的研究手段,鉴于两种技术具有一些相似的特点而又有着不同优势,简要介绍其工作原理,从微粒的俘获、分选、旋转和相关物理量测量等方面进行比较,阐明各自优势所在,并展望光镊和介电泳技术的结合发展。

Abstract:Optical tweezers and dielectrophoresis are both noninvading micromanipulation methods, developing rapidly and applied widely. However we should select appropriate technology according to different research aims. Whereas they have similar characteristics and different advantages, the working principle of them is introduced briefly in this article. And various comparisons are introduced in the trapping, separation, rotation of particles and measurements relating to physical quantities. The advantages of optical tweezers and dielectrophoresis are also illustrated. Accordingly, combination of them are developed gradually and should have a good prospect.
